Grey structure
Foundation, columns and slabs — the stage that determines everything that comes after it.
Finishing
Cladding, flooring, paint and fittings, to the specification agreed at the planning stage.
Interior work
Kitchens, wardrobes and fixtures fitted and tested before you move in.
Final handover
A walkthrough, the documentation, and the keys — the day the plot officially becomes your home.
